If you need to make any changes to an order, simply email support@kennyflowers.com with your request. We address all inquiries as soon as possible and we will do all we can to make this change, however, it is not guaranteed. Our warehouse is not on island time and works hard to get your order packed and shipped within one business day. We can not make any cancellations or changes once our warehouse has processed and packed your order. If an order is unable to be cancelled before it is shipped, please use our portal to return the order once it arrives.
If an order ships before an address is able to be corrected, we unfortunately are unable to make any changes. You will need to contact the carrier directly to request that it is re-routed. We ship all orders to the address given at checkout and are not liable if the address is not correct at the time of shipping.
